Today is an extra special SMOKE FLAVOR DAY! The Pork Belly is done curing & Hub's is making use of the smoker for doing a multi-task! Today I get to use my brand new core remover, Cast Iron Dutch Oven and fill the outside atmosphere with delicious Pecan BBQ Smoke. As usually, I will overload you guys with excessive Photography!
