You can take the backbone out and split the chicken. It will cook much more evenly that way

Hey penny! Yeah, we had to give up our 4 chickens (found a great new home for them) and moved into an apartment where we can't have chickens. For now at least.
I've been lurking though.

Breakfast. Porridge with berries. The juice is a combo of orange juice and pineapple juice.

My BFF brought this over. (caveman does not steal someones credit)
Mostaccioli made different.(than how I usually do). It includes Alfredo, Pesto, Red and Green Peppers, and Lean pork cutup. Patty is a breaded chicken. I will get list of ALL ingredients (seasoning also) from him and write them down. This stuff was
