Phase one out of three:

Phase one is smelling great and all so good.
Slow Smoking that Bacon,
With Apple juice & Pecan Wood.

The Smoke is flowing and filling the outside air,
so only get close, if you should dare.
For your eyes will dry out from the haze,
but there are still things to do before we start the next phase.

I am just going to make Grecian pork tenderloin today. After the baking I want something easy for dinner
 
That is corn meal in the bottom of the clay baker. The bread cooked at 500 for 20 minutes so I could not use parchment paper
Just curious,,,,,, you do have a stone. Not suited for this kind of baking?
BTW what else do you use the cornmeal layer for??? Interesting,,,,, never new of this method.
