My yum from yesterday (my 1st attempt at a zebra cake)...

(Ignore the mini chocolate chips, they weren't used but insisted on jumping on the table.)

Long story short, I have to drive my mother & her twin sister back home (Portland, via Utah & Idaho.) This was a VERY unexpected trip & Ive got to be back by Saturday. I’m looking at driving two 12hr days plus about 4 extra hours for the Idaho detour, then jumping right on a plane as soon as possible to get back here. I’ll be drooling on myself by Sunday (and not in a good way.)

Remember to let your Credit card company or bank know that you are traveling. The card will be blocked for suspicious activity if you use it to buy gas at two gas stations in two or more different states in a day....
