I had to make some powdered sugar for the pb cups. “You’re too loud!” was followed by, “I want to make popcorn!”

I think the cup for the top is in the “mouse trap” corner. I did not check for obvious reasons.

The chili is simmering. I used a red bell pepper, a poblano and a sweet onion. We don't care much for burger in our chili and I've used carne picada before. The results are tender and meaty throughout but it tastes better. The only spices I added were salt, pepper and chili pwd.

Thawed a young and tender pork tenderloin out last night. It is literally like slightly thicker than a paper towel tube.
It from a batch of pigs last season that tire kickers didn't buy because they wanted something for nothing. When they don't sell, they go in our freezer! That's what we flat out tell them. We don't spend all that money on feed just to be desperate to sell at a loss. Hubby tells the tire kickers flat out when they start to haggle- "Sorry bub, I'll BBQ it before I lose my a__ on it". Anyway, tonight is one of those meals from such a scenario. Our gain is their loss.

It's been a long day!! Been at the andersonville ga fair/Civil War reenactment selling antiques. It was 90 something degrees today. I was there from 8am to 5pm. I'm ti-yerd! Get to do it all again tomorrow. Yay!!! For lunch I had fried gator tail on a stick... Dinner was taco bell.... I just want a large cup of coffee, a shower, and a bed. Lol
