Apricot Balsamic pork tenderloin, I didn't feel like going to the store for marmalade, we use heavy cream instead of butter in our smashed potatoes, and salad. Kids had the last of the applesauce. I'm still sick so water to wash it down.

I had a 4.5 lb tenderloin so I pressure cooked in 2 batches earlier in the day.

That's not being a wuss that's being prudent. I don't have a fever and I'm able to get out of bed and function reasonably well. My head is clogged and I have a nasty cough. Any worse or not better and I'll have to go.
