SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Went to sleep in Co. wearing thermal top and bottoms, sweatshirt and sweatpants, two pairs of socks.
Woke a few hours later when my husband asked if I had to go to the bathroom. I was still freezing, so I assumed that we had only been driving for a few minutes, and the truck had not had time to warm up. I pulled on my coat, hat, gloves and boots, saw white outside, turned around to climb out of the truck... and stepped down into white sand. In AZ. In 117° :th

That was a rude awakening!

:hugs Any updates?

She is stabilized and on the mend! Oh thank god, today we have had her for a week. She should be home from ther hospital tomorrow.

I am a cold weather person, it doesn’t bother me very much, but i do wear warm clothes anyway. I’m not sure if anyone remembers but in Massachusetts it got up to 7 feet of snow a few years ago. I was living there at the time and my brother couldn’t go outside because he was to short, I had an easier time balancing on the snow. Once it was packed down it was easier but my goodness we got a lot of snow days from school. That was the year we got snow shoes :gig

We let them know, it was a rescue but they charged us 450$ for her vaccinations and spaying/ neutering and they gave us a refund.
I was born in Boston. Perhaps that is why when we moved to NJ, we all shoveled snow barefoot, and in T-shirt and shorts.
We adopted a white German Shepherd there. I know they didn’t charge an arm and a leg. That is crazy!!
A local shelter knew that they had an outbreak, but didn’t notify people. :rant

Yep, I don’t think the shelter we used knew about because they were very sincere and were only trying to find her a new home, and she also had another litter ate with her who might have parvo, not sure if they thought of that if she was fine aswell
