Really? That's a fact? We have veges every other night at least. Interesting. . . .
Eating veggies and fruits along with healthy proteins, in other words a well balanced diet is on most lists of things to do to protect against dementia.

I have to do those things because 23andme says I have a slightly increased risk of getting Alzheimer diseas after age 65
 
Hello y’all I’ve made Mille Feuille today. It’s made with homemade puff pastry, I make a large recipe of puff pastry and use it as i need it while it’s frozen.
