I bought eggs, hoping the hens would start soon. I began getting eggs the next day.
Since then, whenever I need an egg, I just take it from the basket on the counter.
This morning I decided to make French toast. Four store eggs down.

I have a cornbread in cast iron recipe. My mom used to make a cake in a cast iron pan but I do not have that recipe
