Hi all. I was going to make a stir fry tonight but I spent all morning outside in the yard. We're having salmon, rice with onion and fungi, and baby peas tonight.

I hard boiled 21 quail eggs this week. They were a hit! and were gone the next day.

I will need to boil some more soon!

I'm waiting until we fill the carton, then making pickled eggs again.

Do you have quail cartons, or are you using regular cartons?

I sauteed an onion and mushrooms, added jasmine rice and lightly browned it, then cooked in chicken broth with a couple bay leaves and some garlic pwd. Pretty good. Salt and pep to taste.

Quail, they hold 50 I think.

so this was dinner did the brussle sprouts a small skillet butter s&p always with our Moo juice.. fries like the boxes they are selling at Costco bunch of bags but crinkle cut

For Tea, had Pasta Basta with Mediterranean Flat Bread.
Yes,, it is Raspberry tea in the corner.

This is my short cut to heating my Flat bread.
The flame is barebone minimum, and I keep turning it over constantly. (with my fingers BTW) not sure if the heat was messing with the camera autofocus

I had a burger from Carl's and a glass of milk. Not in the mood to cook, clean or do a thing. So chicken salad tonight. With garlic bread.

I haven't been in the mood to cook lately either. I haven't been able to create a menu or grocery list. I've been trying for a few days.
