Can't remember who suggested the slap ya mama but I picked up some to try.

Making meatballs to go in spaghetti, having salad too. New recipe, has no eggs in the recipe which is good because I have none.

How long did you bake them.??? We make meatballs often, but just skillet fry them.
Definitely use the Panco breadcrumbs, but on surface.
How does the Slappin Cajun work out. ???:drool

Didn't try it yet Cavey, I'm thinking about using it on some chicken later this week.

The meatballs weighed 3 oz each raw, yes I weighed each one lol. I baked at 400* for 30 minutes, but I was outside when the timer went off so they might have been in an extra 5 minutes or so but they were fine.
