Dinner, dessert and future meals. Cornbread casserole, broccoli slaw, bbq'd flatiron steak and shrimp for dinner. Also bbq'd some chicken thighs for Thai coconut curry chicken later in the week. Dessert is an apple crumble with fresh whipped cream.

My daughter took some dessert with her to work tonight, my son will be stopping by for some cornbread tomorrow.

You were busy in the kitchen! I was too...warming up leftovers

Love the cup, and dinner looks delicious, but I'm intrigued by chicken pickle soup! I can't get enough dill in my life. Do share!

I pulled out what I thought was sirloin to thaw last night, wondering why I froze so much of it in one package. So today I pull it out and it's not sirloin steak. It is a mystery. Maybe parts of a brisket from when I was splitting one up? Why did I NOT label it???

It's in a crock pot with gravy. All beef is good that way, right?

This is why I always say, 'it's one grand experiment after another around here'.

I vacuum seal all of our meat and I always label it until I have more than one cut of chicken and I forget to label them then I defrost the wrong thing
