That looks great! I love cabbage but hubs doesn't so I don't eat it often. How do you roast it?
This is my cornbread casserole added jalapeno, bacon made a rue of bacon grease added tiny pepperoni otherwise stayed on the recipe but addedView attachment 1962227

Did you like it Penny? I wouldn't have thought to add bacon and pepperoni.
 
It was good quite good thinks I may try it like with beef although maybe small can of creamed corn or half a can :confused: it was a bit too loose to me but both loved the flavor
the Son asked if he could eat the rest after he gets home

On a oiled baking sheet, sliced, drizzled with olive oil, and then seasoned. I used salt, pepper, adobo and garlic last night.

I have also made it with an au gratin sauce. A friend sent that recipe to me and it was delicious. Perhaps your DH would like that.

ETA: 400, 25 to 45 min, depending on how tender you want it to be. Last night, 25 min.
