They will be good on a salad and can replace croutons. They can be put on a top of a burrito bowl. You can eat them just by themselves. So many options...
I cooked mine on a cast iron pan in the oven on 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. 15 minutes with nothing then the rest of the time tossed with oil and seasoning. I use coconut oil, paprika, hickory liquid smoke, garlic powder, cumin, and black pepper. You can add salt to them too, but I don't add salt to anything.
