Home-made biscuits

Added to my dinner combo plate,,,, with Mooooo Juice to drink

I have been treating self with desserts one Square at a time.

Has anyone a good chicken enchilada recipe ? this was from last night View attachment 2012717

Penny I just mix the meat with some cheese and layer it with the sauce we like between layers of corn tortillas, then top with cheese. Sometimes I'll mix a little sour cream with the meat and cheese too. Casserole style is less work.

I did print a recipe I like just wanted the spices and such

Made a pot of CHILI

Ate with flour tortillas instead of crackers..

These muffins are Pumpkin Spice cake mix, with berries and walnuts.

Okay this was the potato casserole I did.. Went out to dinner last night .. having ham and bean stew leftover gonna add 1/2 package of Bacon to it... Also baking powder biscuits
