Budae jjigae, AKA Korean Army Stew. Simple, cheap, amazing. Made from spam, sausage and ramen noodles and dried mushrooms in kimchi and hot pepper sauce. We added rice noodles and baby bok chow. It's surprisingly simple and delicious made out of staples from both America and Korea during the Korean war. One pan. One bowl.

We made a cake today. The whipped cream really deflated, though. Doesn't change how nice it tastes. Filled with cooked down strawberry puree.

I did pizza tonight bacon, chicken.. ranch dressing is the base

Homemade corn chips, buffalo chicken dip, cheese curds and chocolate raspberry pudding shot(s).

Boneless wings coming at halftime. Btw, the Chiefs will win.

We did a super bowl spread too even though it's just my husband and I. We will have leftovers at least lol.
