I don’t drive. That means that I have to rely on UPS/FedEx to deliver my groceries. Let me tell you. I have a lot of horror stories!
One issue that often arises is an improperly packed box. Sometimes foods are packaged in plastic bags inside of the box to prevent leakage. Flour is one item. Unfortunately, the box was too big, and a bag of flour didn’t make it. It wasn’t bagged up. I was just starting to deal with the damage when I got a phone call. The person on the other and wondering what I was going to make with that flour was just too shocking. I considered scooping the flour out of the box, and sending it to her!
