Love it that's my hubby's middle name,which was his dad's name,now is his sisters dogs nameHis name is Frank.
It's just chicken thighs marinated in oyster sauce then bbq'd. Hubs usually adds wood chunks, probably hickory. You can buy the sauce in the Asian section at grocery stores.
