Anyone ever stuff their own jalapenos?

Go with Mexican tonite.
And if you do stuff the jalapenos, get creative, like stuff with something never been done with before,,,, Maybe minced meat??? Turkey stuffing??? Croûtons.??? and then bake. The interior contents will certainly be a surprise on the palate.
I know that the jalapenio peppers are small. Remove ALL of the seeds.
and call your creation something like "lil Bandits"

DW made the weekend breakfast...
Its not something to a recipe, but rather a throw together of items on hand. Note the tater tots. Sometimes we use French fries, and sometimes hash browns. One skillet creation that usually stretches into a lunch as well.
Contains Tater tots, various veggies, cut up sausage, cut up Deli Ham, Eggs,, and a Secret Ingredient,,,

Yay!Me + Duckling = bratty chopstick snobs!
I only use mine when I'm happy. If I'm tired or feeling less than wonderful I use a fork. I wonder if its the same with her?
