I have to pull a Houdini and disappear for a little while. Somethings have come up and have taken precedence over my BYC time. I would appreciate your efforts to help keeping the yum thread alive and thriving, after all it is my favorite forum. And the contributors are my favorite chicken site members (without needing to be said).

Have not had a chance to post earlier so here it is ,,,,
Mothers Day feast at the batcave.... 3 moms celebrating.
First BBQ of the season.

Roast pork with mushrooms,,,,

Roast chicken breast with Sweet Baby Ray..

Peppers on bottom,,, covered with a mixture of Wild rice, Mushrooms, Onions, Dried cranberries, Crushed walnuts. Chopped cucumber, Sprinkled/topped with Cheese.. Then baked,, (no meat)

Fresh rolls from bakery were still warm when arrived at home,,

This salad is a revised Potato Salad,,, also Contains Diced Apple, and Eggs.

Kale salad mix,,,

Corn,,

Potatoes.. Diced and Stovetop Cooked.. These are Yukon Gold.

Fruit Plate..

Assorted chips... Also Roasted Red Pepper Humus for crackers. (missed the pix)

I ate till my belli hurt,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

We had tuna melts last night. Only a couple prep pics, by the time it was ready the 6 year old was watching videos on my phone. We had watermelon with. The boys had tots and macaroni and cheese. The littlest dude was a very happy boy.

They were on offer at the service station this morning. 3 pack lasted 3 seconds! They ate so nice!!

Nope, never seen those.

When the dishwasher was in Turkey she bought some rugs. When the rugs were delivered the guys doing the delivery gave us some Turkish candy and and a can of instant apple drink that is apparently popular in Turkey.
