Tonight. I have 2 cuts of meat thawed out.
The question is, which one to have BBQ boy cook?
Cooking method as well. As you know, if you are acquainted with grilling methods, there are several.

Methods:
  • Broiling/searing
  • Searing then off setting
  • Total off setting (indirect grilling)
  • Smoking/w/steam-w/o steam
  • Rotisserie
Cuts of meats to choose from:
  • Loin cut pork chops
  • Intact pork loin
Flavor of wood available:
  • Oak
  • Blackjack Oak
  • Hickory
  • Pecan
I am open for suggestions for which or both cuts and as far as methods as well.
I was asked to suggest something when I requested grill night, so lets make him work!

Grass with tomatoes and topped with Neman's Southwest Dressing. :drool I like this dressing as #1 choice fav. Thousand Island takes #2
Halfway thru this meal DW brings out jar of Shredded Beets. :drool Added 2 tablespoons to plate. Skipped on pix since plate no longer looked PRETTY. After meal, retreated to comfy position on couch and sipped a TALL glass of (hot) Rosehip Tea.
