DW makes stuffed peppers and cabbage rolls with similar ingredients as you do. She also likes to add mushrooms. It goes into oven since she makes a large quantity at a time using a turkey tub. I eat it wearing sweat pants also...

Yum a licious Mike! We have one of those Baby Berma Mixers. Very handy. They make those in giant size for professional batch cooking for the hospitality industry. They do the trick. Very easy to clean. We make our sauces with our small version.
This is Mike cooking right? You have some culinary experience I see. Your dishes are high end menu worthy and your presentation skills are excellent. Your particular choices of combined ingredients/recipes says a lot.
