I have a Global knife and a ceramic knife sharpener--The knives are very sharp!

I did it Connie! I picked up a pork loin from Costco. I now have two roasts and nice thick chops!

I literally am watched. Neighbors are my husband’s cousins, and not right in the head. They literally stand in my windows and go into my sheds, coops and garage.

We had a Memorial Holiday get together. All the family, plus some friends. I grilled with Brontosaurus flavor enhancer. Not sure if posting full size pix is approved,,,,,, I know thumbnail are easier and quicker, but full size pix was same price,,,,,, so I opted for those.

The cheese goo consists of macaroni shells, Colby cheese, sharp cheddar cheese and minced up pickled JALAPENOS. Was a gooey sticky but tasty topping.View attachment 1412917

Publix brand hamburger pickles are very tasty. With added red stuff on the top toasted bun and yellow stuff on the bottom bun.View attachment 1412920

Made a too small of a batch of beer batter onion rings and everyone devoured them before the 50/50 burgers were on the table. Note to self: "buy more onions".
