SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Turkey L/O thawed from the icebox & incorporated into Turkey Pot Pie.
Bottom crust and biscuits from scratch. Frozen veggies and a giblet/rue based filling.
View attachment 1415541 Made 2 of them. First one was devoured by the pack of hungry wolves. Barely snapped a couple of pix before this one was attacked. I fought them off with a spatula.

Made brownies too. The wolves dragged them off to their den. No brownie pix.:confused:

I don’t know how you guys make your cream cheese frosting, but I have been “using” a recipe for the last year or two. I say it that way because they are all basic recipes that you remember more than follow. I could not figure out why it didn’t taste the way it used to. Today I finally ignored the way I knew it was “supposed” to be made, and did it my way! Viola! One cup powdered sugar, a splash of milk and 8 oz cream cheese. It tastes of cream cheese instead of sugar.
Don't forget the pinch of salt!
