Made some fresh pico, few things prepped for carnitas, and brownies with peanut butter chips. Radishes are a side for dinner.

Does anyone like curry? I prefer yellow and I'm looking for a tried and true curry powder recipe. I found one for homemade paste I'd like to try but am undecided about the powder.

Love curry! Problem is I hate coriander and most dishes have it. I'm not sure on recipes but rogan josh or jalfrezi are always a good bet. Not yellow but red. I think it's just the colouring that's added. Don't forget keema naan!
