We cannot get it here chorizo either there was a meat market butcher shop in Shelton when we lived there but heard they have closed not certain where could find any.. although we go to the best Mexican restaurant in Morton the folks that own have been here 50 some years but probably know how to find it

I was surprised that I found some chorizo. I can’t remember the brand though. I’ll save it for a time when I can actually enjoy it in a dish. I’d hate to waste it since it’s difficult to find chorizo around here.
Edited to get rid of choppy sentences.

Walmart carries it ,you can use it in almost any dish.
Hubby would use chorizo potatoes jalapeno garlic eggs cheese salsa sour cream tortilla yum
I've used it in rice with stuffed peppers
Pasta dishes
Chili
Nacho supreme

Sav made salmon risotto. Pictures don't do it justice. Only thing it's missing is garlic bread!

Thanks! I think it looks like a casserole, which i am a fan of the taste of casseroles, but i think they look kind of bland.

I like casseroles also do not get to make then enough may need to correct that

I like making them on sundays for leftovers early in the week. Its nice since all the food is already mixed, you just spoon it right in the tupperware.
