Walmart carries it ,you can use it in almost any dish.
Hubby would use chorizo potatoes jalapeno garlic eggs cheese salsa sour cream tortilla yum
I've used it in rice with stuffed peppers
Pasta dishes
Chili
Nacho supreme

I’m used to eating it with eggs in a wrap. But I want to do something super special. I know I saw a recipe a few days ago I wanted to try, but I deleted it, and for the life of me I can’t remember what it was.

I went grocery shopping, and picked up a new pet.

It can even remove its head! It looks like Duckling when it’s not hairy.
I was trying to make something for dinner while putting away groceries, but “someone” had other plans.

I’ll make pasta salad later. I was hoping to make cinnamon raisin bagels, but I seriously have no energy.

I was surprised that I found some chorizo. I can’t remember the brand though. I’ll save it for a time when I can actually enjoy it in a dish. I’d hate to waste it since it’s difficult to find chorizo around here.
Edited to get rid of choppy sentences.

Chorizo is nice on French toast with mozzarella on top and grilled. Nice little snack dish!
