Curry paste, have to add cilantro, forgot it at the store this morning.

The recipe says to use coriander, cumin and turmeric plus 2-3 T curry powder :confused:Aren't these ingredients already in curry powder? Yes, they are. So why? :idunno
Looks good!

The Pizza oven for the pellet bbq works great!

Nothing great to show off, but most of you here know I like to share:)
Blueberry pierogies . These are filled with wild blueberries also known as BILBERRIES. Another reference is low bush blueberries. They are common in THE EUROPE:gig much more than here. :)
The high bush type we encounter in the produce section are larger. Another difference between the larger (common ) blueberry;; the inside flesh is grayish in color. The bilberries, are smaller, and the inside flesh is blue throughout.
I know that sometimes I might be posting info that most of you already know. But :idunnothere is always someone out there that learns it for the first time. :),,, I'm copying and relaying this info from my stone tablets , before erosion make them unreadable. :old
My BFF that lives up in the North Woods of Wisconsin, on the shores of Lake Superior, gathers them growing wild. Also prefers the taste compared to the larger ones. They are VERY ABUNDANT there. So are the black bears. Always packs heat when he goes blueberry picking. Never know when he might surprise a mama with cubs.:old Claims he is not afraid of the bears, just of the wolves. I on the other hand am not afraid of the wolves,,, just the bears.
Served with a spoon of sour cream.. :drool These pierogies are on the sweet side, but not dessert sweet. Dinner plate sweet.
