I drink coffee in the morning and coffee at night. It's like sleeping Medicine. Lol glad to be here. I love me some chili. It's too hot for chili right now. I'm melting down here.

We are just south of you down in North Central Florida. Smack dab center between Daytona (east coast) and Crystal River/Homasasa (west Coast) Hot (MUGGY) here too.

This is a jumbo batch/multi meal preperation. Some tonight with rice maybe a salad, some will be chilli dog topping- the rest freezer stock for near future use.

It is pouring down like cats and dogs! Do the weathermen in Georgia tell fibs too? They said to me dry until this weekend and it has rained everyday since it was said.

I drink coffee in the morning, afternoon, and evening. It doesnt bother my sleeping patterns. I would probably make chili here, but my hubby says it is too hot for chili too.

Temp dropped at least 15*F here. From raining buckets for an hour and a half.
Was hotter than a well digger's lunch box. Heat index around 105*.

I'm pretty sure this is about where I was brain was running on empty and my brain let my mouth use up the rest of conserved energy. Up late and burning the candle from both ends.
Nothing wrong being vegan or vegetarian. Now that I have read my post, that was a little harsh. DH's sis was vegan for almost 3 yrs. She fell off the wagon hard. I feel it has a lot to with our metabolisms and what they can handle/can not handle. To each their own and sorry if my post was offensive to anyone.

Red meat prices are thru the roof right now. Chicken is rock bottom. Everything else in between fluctuates and here in our neck of the woods.
