Both are quite HEFTY PORTIONS,,,,,, and :drool,,,,, Never had this before this way.
Zucchini, 2 different kinds, wrapped with green onion. Layer of some exotic new potatoes. Yukon gold, some dark skinned bandits with yellow flesh, another variety I am not familiar with, and another darker, almost purple variety...:idunno.. All yellow flesh inside. Shallots in between the potatoes. The meat on top is Halibut. Seasonings, that I'm not sure of, but not Hot or Very Spicy. The Red Topping is a mixture of Diced cherries, and capers. (That was put on after cooking)
The bottom is a layer of Banana leaves. Everything was wrapped up and then wrapped in a Foil pocket.
Onto the Brontosaurus flavor enhanced GRILL FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES.
Grill to table and we ate it. :drool
The banana leaves definitely prevented any kind of burning of the food inside.
Myself with a good dose of humor said,," Son,,,,,,,,,,, so how do I eat these banana leaves,,,:idunno:lau:gig:oops:
