SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

@BullChick what zone are you in? Either an almanac or Google can be really helpful. Being in GA we have a long grow season, but some things we plant in the fall, most other people plant in the spring and summer. I love your tomatoes. There's something charming about lumpy tomatoes. We grew Bradley's one year. They were shaped like yours are.
Zone five.
I honestly cannot remember what tomatoes I planted this year. I know Roma only because it’s a favorite. Probably beefsteak and Early Girl. I think there’s another.

Bradley, Beefsteak and Roma. :D

I had forgotten about fried green tomatoes. :D I’ll be making some soon. I sometimes sprinkle them with Parmesan, and bake them as a healthier alternative... or fry, sprinkle, bake. :D
Egg wash/flour/egg wash/finely crumbled ritz cracker crumbs with grated parm/deep fried here.

it's a wishful thinking package. If there is time it will hit the grill. If time is not on our side, jambalaya and sausage and shrimp instead. tick tock tick tock

Neither dish was made. Instead, dirty rice & a salad was prepared. Ran out of time. The D/R was with beef.
FILM AT 11.
