Basically they are like flat meatballs with herbs and spices. Really nice with mustard or senf. Eat them hot or cold.

sourdough bread made 4 loves here do them the same as any other bread loaf style
so they can be stored the same just write on the bags, actually started on one loaf half eaten butter and blackberry jam
