In other news today, Neighbor brought me a quantity of HOT Peppers from his garden. Ate one with my dinner today. Just cut it up and ate green/raw. Looks like I'm set for about a month now..

Simmered a whole chicken for 24 hours with a few glugs of acv. Put in the fridge yesterday, then skimmed the fat and deboned this morning. Next it's all going through the blender then into freezer bags so we have on hand for the dogs.

Yea they do, but we are trying to avoid medical issues that cropped up in the past feeding only commercial feed. They love real food!

This one, I was sipping that Espresso (coffee only) on my patio and thinking of Connie and her Family.. You and your Family are my favorite farmers.. ,,,, and we never met

DW made this for breakfast. Grits with plenty of fruit..

Dinner was myti fine ,,,,

Everything here is pretty much self explanatory. 2 unusual items ,
The drink above is a home version of fruit punch. Contains apples, grapes, and cranberries sweetened with sugar, and boiled/cooked. We drink it warm and chilled.
Other item is the Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrravi, over the potatoes. I break rules regularly, although none that I would be punished for. It is Biscuits and Gravy type.. Contains NO MUSHROOMS....

I had a friend who like fresh peppers. He asked me round for dinner and he cooked up strips of stewing pork and gravy. He added rather a lot of these peppers that were loosely chopped. My upper region was on fire that night, my lower in the morning! It was nice though! But wow did I pay for it!
