SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

Here’s my baba ganoush. It’s not pretty, but it sure is YUM! I tried to post the pics of the baking eggplant too, but I couldn’t upload them. (The sight must me an eggplant hater.) I know it’s traditional to eat this with pita, but I like mine with chips.

This is a Ham and Cheese sandie.
I did not take Play by Play pix, but here is how I make same ingredients taste somewhat different. Does not take Rocket Science,,, :gigJust a lil Rocket fuel on your stove-top.

Placed quantity of Deli Lunch meat (ham today) onto skillet. Covered with slices of bread, and heated. Covered with glass see thru pot cover.(easier to see when to do next step) In short time ham was warmed up and moisture permeated the bread above, making it slightly moist. Re-assorted the contents, placing the moist part of bread on bottom of skillet, and placing ham next. Then a slice of cheese, and cover with other slice of bread, moist side to surface. After a short period, turn sandies and toast other side. The moistened part of bread turns slightly crispy, and the moisture flavors the crispiness. :drool:drool:drool:drool:drool
If I used same ingredients and just assembled,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I fear of being called THE COLD SANDWICH CREEP...:barnie
