only took one photo that is when i was marinating the steaks but they where yummy
made fried potato and fresh beets all in a great meal

I have a pork belly thawed and ready for a cure.
Also a Shank needing to be smoked.
Too many chores and stuff going on. Krazy-ness has been the norm here.
I have ground cow out as well as a contingency plan.
