Dang girl, you outdid yourself. And all I got done today was 3 pizza crust doughs, a double batch of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and 2.5 dozen donuts.

Easiest cookie recipe ever Penny:

1 Cup peanut butter (I like using chunky)
1 Cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix that all together, than stir in 1/2 cup to 1 cup mini chocolate chips (depends how chippy you like it).
Drop by spoonfuls on a baking sheet.
Bake at 325* for about 14-15 minutes.

Easy peasy and oh so good!

Not bad yum tonight. Taco shells and cheesy nachos washed down with my favourite German beer!

It is a massive bottle in a gigantic stein! And I got some of this to try at a later date. Alone I think!
