Corn. If I had apples, I’d be eating them as-is.
Maybe next year I’ll get apples from my trees. Then I can go crazy baking and canning.

Corn Fritters are very good too!

Do not eat allot of corn here ... no known benefit from corn only food that goes in and comes out the same

Todays Cup Fashion Show entry,,,,,,,

Lunch was lite...... Bean and Cheese burrito, with toms and Salsa Verde (medium)

Needed something to act as dessert. Piece of chocolate Cake, and Brownie with chocolate chips... Both Home-made

Maybe there's no nutritional value but it tastes good.

If you chew it first you won't have that problem

I made corn fritters last night! Far Out. Great minds think alike. They all got woofed down before pix.
But the Frankinburgers made it to the press room.

Ground Chuck/caramelized red onions/small curd cottage cheese mix with minced jalapenos/honey mustard on the bottom. Last time DH made these, they were served on Texas Toast. He was going to make homemade garlic butter bread but got lazy. Shame on him. The nerve of some people I tell you!

So I made him clean the dishes and sent him to bed without ice cream with a cup cake.

You never use the same mug twice! You know they are washable right?

I didn’t get around to making these cookie cakes. You remove them from the oven before the center is done, and make a divet for ice cream or frosting.

That's a burger! I have ground beef in the fridge I need to use and onions and cottage cheese. Thanks for solving my dinner dilemma!
