VIVA MEXICAN DISHES!

Bought a 4 pack of New York Strip Steaks. (SAVED 2 FOR SUNDAY DINNER)

Saute some onions in unsalted butter..

Thin cut the steaks (with the grain) & lightly cook them...

Custom blended seasoning added. Heated long enough to absorb the flavor then strained..

ADULT SIZED Flour Tortillas/ 'pan heated"

Add extra sharp cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce shredded, match stick carrots, refried beans.
Steak Fajitas fit for a King.

The other 2 Steaks are for the grill tonight...

Serve with a garden salad w/match stick carrots. a glass of wine, and wear sweat pants... no popping your button that way. Grouch mouse was griping about farm $$ crisis while I was snapping pix... Grouchy knows how to win my good side... gripe all you want as long as dinner doesn't burn.. lol.

Note the pepto bottle.... heartburn w/tom sauce after 9pm..

Good news. I have been given permission to go ahead with a contest!

Now is the time to throw suggestions for themes/dishes at me.
