A nice spiral cut ham,:drool,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I would not have any problems having it for lunch for the next 5 days. I would just vary my side dishes as the original stuff got consumed. :thumbsup

Filet mignon and brussel sprouts. My beef is generally cooked well done - no mooing for me while on the plate. And look, I didn't burn the brussel sprouts this time!

Well, I guess I stole the name since they look like twins.
These were pierogies, They came from the store frozen. (I cheat). I boil and eat. I also sometimes after boiling pan fry them in butter and some bread crumbs. That makes them crispy on the surface. Pierogies come in many different varieties of filling. The establishment where I buy, only sells pierogi. They are made on location. They carry about 25 different kind. You could call it "Pierogi Central":gig. They do supply other stores, mainly deli type with their product. Here is the package. Was too embarrassed to admit that I did not make from scratch:lau:gig
BTW @Soon2BChixMom It is comfort food year round.:thumbsup

I sent the dood to the store for something green and he brought home an artichoke to share :yesss:

Simple dinner of rice with fresh shredded carrots and salmon cooked in butter with some Old Bay and the artichoke with a little mayo. Big glass of milk and a piece of chocolate to top it off.:D

Looks yummy, an artichoke is an interesting choice.

The first and last time I got a fresh artichoke, it had a worm in it. :sick

Was thinking ham/mac-n-cheese pot pie.. not decided.
What would you do? :idunno

Ham and scalloped potatoes, ham in spit pea soup, ham, andouille or smoked sausage with red beans and rice. ham and eggs, ham sandwiches. Invite cavemanrich and I over and it sounds like it wouldn't last long. :lau
