I was on a sourdough kick for a long time. Pancakes and pizza dough! Then I suddenly put the starter in the freezer about two months ago. And there it sits. Unloved. Unfed. In the dark. In the cold. So lonely. Only ice cubes to talk to. All by itself. Doesn’t wanna be. All by itself. ANYMORE!!!

I will put mine back in fridge now used a good portion in dinner as made like 15 extra waffles for the freezer do not make the allot and will pop a couple in the toaster
hot breakfast .. I laugh at the stores offering those box like breakfast we have real ones

My first time trying duck. Duckling enthusiastically assisted and consumed! Bacon wrapped and stuffed with apples and onion.
