I haven't posted in a while, because we mostly eat the same rotation of meals. I don't think I've posted my Chili Size. Its an homage to Bob, the Big Boy himself. This is the giant batch of chili I made for Super Bowl & froze for future meals.

Homemade Chili

Spaghetti noodles

Purple onion

All slapped together with a slice of cheddar cheese

I was considering chili for next contest. Now I can clearly see that we would be HEAD TO HEAD,,,, Best case scenario,
But in reality I think you would leave me in the DUST......

Very nice Penny! Inspiring me to break mine out. I haven't used a machine ever. Always made mine on the counter or cutting board.
How did the final product turn out?

My hubby's favorite dish has a beer next to the plate. Is that "rice a roni" next to the re fried beans?

Apple Monkey Bread can be made with any apple. If it’s going to get mushy, and that bothers you, make the chunks bigger. I coat the apples in cinnamon sugar if I think about it. I also add raisins sometimes.
Monkey bread can be switched up in other ways.
Parmesan and garlic instead of cinnamon mix or just garlic bread.

Not at all, this is the American version to chicken soup!

I posted the rest of the photos on the contest page but had left arm James with to help

I miss the taco shops near downtown Phoenix. When I had to commute to work we'd go get street tacos. There's also a hole in the wall place in the back of a liquor store that has the best beans, and enchilada style burritos

We have an authentic place like that here. On the other side of the county but when we stop there, it's worth the trip.

@Farmer Connie I was really tickled how good it came out used a recipe that Ron had told me but James read the pamphlet that came with Machine it had the same recipe key was like 4 eggs

I DO know you love chili. You should absolutely submit your chili! I'm no good with the contests. I get too distracted & the date flies by without making anything. Besides I wanna see the differences in how everybody makes the same dish.
PS. I usually put a slice of pepperjack on mine, but was out.
