Breakfast for dinner tonight. Pancakes from scratch, cinnamon & sugar, maple syrup, & a berry compote.

I got involved with the silly Dinosaur Egg thread so DH made his version of Chicken Parm.

• Chicken Tenderloin breaded with Panko (Japanese stye bread crumbs)
• Swimming in a puddle of Preggo meat sauce.
  
• Panko seasoned w/grated parm cheese, grated coconut, granulated garlic, oregano, basil, salt & black peppercorn.
• Topped w/shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
• Garlic Toast from Wonder Bread (lol) Butter, garlic, herbs & a pinch of sodium. Sprinkled w/a tad of shredded Moz Cheese.
  
• Green onions from our porch planter.
• Tossed Garden Salad w/Ice Burg lettuce, tomato, cukies, red onions and topped w/New York extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Hubby got a big lubby-dubby kiss last night!

lol, we did that last night. Scrambled egg sandwiches on toast. Was too busy with my new duckies to make a complicated dish. Was a long day yesterday. I was out like a light at 9ish.

Delicious looking.. even the beverage that doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup..

Did you use "Manwich" or homemade? Sometimes we make SJ's w/ground piggy..

Yes, it was "Manwich", the dishwasher was out of town, so I had to wash dishes myself. SO I have been careful on limiting the number of dirty dishes, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, etc...
