Mom & Dad are insane.
3 coolers.
Bacon,hams, ribs, steaks, sausage, butts, basically the whole pig.
Filled 2 chest freezers. My power bill is going to hurt.

Thanks but it adds to the bottom line. We spent close to $500 in feed for that animal for 6 months, then Exactly $219 for professional processing with a selected cut list. All for a GIFT for family.. "I love my Family..btw". And not including time and effort/labor-health care.. All for a Sorry but.. No thanks..
Oh well. So those numbers I quoted are growing larger day by day by the power company getting a pc of the pie. We are going to give most of it too our faithful egg buyers who have been coming here for close to a decade supporting us and our son who has a growing family.
Top quality protein fed. Carbs add fat, protein adds fat. Almost no carbohydrates were fed to this gilt.
I'm keeping the 4 bacon slabs.. I'm no fool.

I made pork chops, rosemary potatoes and green beans. Totally forgot to get pictures. Blame it on the incubator. I have pips!

I had someone peeping moved to hova bator for lockdown as cannot see into the other incubator.
Now time to say goodnight early day to drop birds off at auction

Was up too late last night.. daughter drama, causing a drag my behind this morn.. Just getting done with chores. Never a dull moment being a parent.

I'm lucking out this year for Easter. We're going to my brother's house and he'll do all the cooking.

Seems I should take something but don't know what.

Lemon cake? Coconut cake? Chocolate cake? I've got a one track mind tonight.
