Go with Mexican tonite. :drool:drool:drool
And if you do stuff the jalapenos, get creative, like stuff with something never been done with before,,,, :idunno Maybe minced meat??? Turkey stuffing??? Croûtons.??? and then bake. The interior contents will certainly be a surprise on the palate.
I know that the jalapenio peppers are small. Remove ALL of the seeds.
and call your creation something like "lil Bandits" :yesss:

Had dinner guests last eve. Pecan seared Chicken and C/S Ribs w/salads. Red potatoes not pictured for some reason.. Getting forgetful these daze.

I hope we don't have surprise guests tonight, cutting into my R&R.
Maybe Mexican 2-nite? I have a pizza in the oven right now. Quick lunch and it is off to the brewery for a load of fresh grain.
Working the garden stuff this morning and pregnant sow busted her water bib. We have to reconstruct it when we get back. No grandson today. Stuff is getting done finally.

Anyone ever stuff their own jalapenos? Going to incorporate them this eve as a side to complement a meal. If we do Mex. It's Mex or fish. Flipping a coin here shortly.

DW made the weekend breakfast... :drool
Its not something to a recipe, but rather a throw together of items on hand. Note the tater tots. Sometimes we use French fries, and sometimes hash browns. One skillet creation that usually stretches into a lunch as well.
Contains Tater tots, various veggies, cut up sausage, cut up Deli Ham, Eggs,, and a Secret Ingredient,,,:love
