I found some morel mushrooms a few days ago around the golf course. Battered & fried oh my...simply the best!
(No photos, they were gone as soon as they came out of the fryer)

They were on offer at the service station this morning. 3 pack lasted 3 seconds! They ate so nice!!

I have to pull a Houdini and disappear for a little while. Somethings have come up and have taken precedence over my BYC time. I would appreciate your efforts to help keeping the yum thread alive and thriving, after all it is my favorite forum. And the contributors are my favorite chicken site members (without needing to be said).
