This one is on Mini Burrito flour tortillas. Before I dusted with Shredded Cheese.

These are White corn tortillas.

Here is what these contain;
Base layer made from Chili beans, Fat free Refried beans, Corn, Diced can tomatoes, and can of mushrooms. All heated on stovetop and mixed together. I would have preferred hominy to the whole corn, but did not have any.
Topped with Grass, (lettuce salad mix), Diced fresh tomatoes, Medium Salsa, Dab of Sour cream, Sprinkled with Mexican 3 Cheese Shredded.

Yeah, it really helps give it more of a chili texture/taste than just a spicy bean soup. Its taken me years to learn how to work with it so that it doesn't 'look' like tofu. I don't know about you guys, but white pieces in my food where they shouldn't be is totally unappealing. Now I'm finally able to hide it in a bunch of stuff for cheap protein & extra texture.

My goodness.. Took over an hour to get caught up.
Was hard to just pick a POW. Raining today. A total wash out. Giving me a chance to say- Thanks Cave Dweller! You made me select Picture of the Week to be your little sandies. The hard boiled eggs sealed the deal, since I just made a batch of deviled eggs.
