I'm looking for cold recipes. I have some chicken to cook for my daughter so maybe a salad. It's getting so hot I don't feel like cooking. Like 111 this week and monsoons possible so all cooking takes place first thing in the morning unless I can use the pressure cooker.
Ideas please!!

My wife sometimes makes ham and cheese quiche. When it's cooled down in the fridge it's really nice with rice salad.
