Dinner here and made the banana and apple muffins turned out good then tri tip steak grilled with potato wedges oven cooked steamed baby carrots

When I read wont do it again,,,,,, one thing came to my mind If you would have took that bacon and skillet fried it.. Then I read your next post... It wasn't crispy..
It looks deliciously lean type , and I think if it was fried up .... would have made an EXCELLENT BLT.
It is possible that this particular bacon is IDEAL to cook other dishes where bacon is wrapped around entrae.

Very true! fully cooked beef bacon should be fried. It is like a fully cooked hot dog---You can eat it cold out of the package but it is much better cooked.

Not really trying to KEEP UP WITH THE JONES,, But I somehow got similar IDEAS TODAY.

There is FAKE NEWS,,,, and also FAKE FOOD..
I may have made FAKE FOOD today. It may also be classified as a facsimile, but only to someone with poor vision, and not wearing glasses.

This is a TACO LIKE substance. Peeps that make REAL TACOS.. would probable like me punished for making such impersonations.

8 inch flour tortilla seen well toasted. Refried beans , Chili beans, Mashed potatoes, Salsa from jar, Grass, (lettuce for the newcomers here) and the Cheese is Colby- Monterey Jack. Not Chihuahua.

These are Imitation Tamales. AKA Corn Rolls. and yes, I do know what REAL TAMALES are... These imitation bandits are convenient for me. 2 minutes in Mikey , and ready to eat. Drink is Pomegranate juice,

These things do not contain beef to my naked eye, but who knows,,.... Still like the flavor.

Pouring rain again today. The fly strike is happening to the goats and pigs. It's when the fly's start eating the animals ears. Turning them into open wounds and bleeding flesh. The pigs have it the worst. 10 times a day I spray their ears with hydrogen peroxide. Our largest sow is lame. I've injected 8cc's of Ivermectin, she is on a course of injected penicillin and receiving banomine daily to ease her discomfort. She did eat something last night, after 4 days of nothing but nutridrench in a syringe.
We broke the cardinal rule of only treating sickness if it is present by worming our entire stock just to be safe. It is a nasty disgusting mess.

I'm just seeing this.... I hope this is old news & your not still dealing with it. I know how wet FL can be in the summer so sending extra 's & 's

Won't use the bacon uncooked is what I meant. It was actually good meat.
