We are just south of you down in North Central Florida. Smack dab center between Daytona (east coast) and Crystal River/Homasasa (west Coast) Hot (MUGGY) here too.

This is a jumbo batch/multi meal preperation. Some tonight with rice maybe a salad, some will be chilli dog topping- the rest freezer stock for near future use.

It is pouring down like cats and dogs! Do the weathermen in Georgia tell fibs too? They said to me dry until this weekend and it has rained everyday since it was said.

I live in an anomaly... I have literally sat in the yard and watched the rain go on either side of the property. The weatherman is sometimes correct, but not when it comes to my neck of the woods.

I had rotisserie chicken, fried cabbage, and Mac n cheese with broccoli. Kiddos started going nuts as I was making a cheese sauce e and it scorched just a tad. Good news is it tasted like a grilled cheese so all was not lost. Bahahahaha

I battled a war with ants all day long (the first of many now that summers hit. ) I decreed we'd be having popcorn tonight for dinner, but DH threw down the 'no way' flag. That means we're all eating popcorn while we wait for him to bring home In & Out.

sounds good we stopped at Wendy's here about 1 so no one was dying for food
finally decided that BF who is diabetic and 72 needs to eat on schedule okay so meat
kabobs 5 or 6 chunks of sirloin per stick 5 sticks no leftover tator tots and cauliflower from our garden

Did you hear Costco food court stopped selling its polish dog? I'm glad my dads not around to see this, it would've broke his heart.

The boys both ordered all the time we often get done I buy lunch where else can you eat for 3 bucks 2 people 1.50 each foot long and soda

It was his favorite thing in the world! He loved a good deal & you cant beat that one anywhere. Plus it was the only thing that tasted good to him after he lost his tastebuds. He'd also get a sneaky, devious look on his face, like he was getting away with something when he'd ask for sauerkraut. It was hysterical! He was a funny man who was famous for his love of 'The Costco Dog'.

Looks like Sams is picking up the slack, but he didn't have a Sams in his area.
