You sure make some good Fried fish,,,
We also eat grits,,,, but never had it with cheese. Usually with fresh fruit, or frozen fruit.

Over the weekend DD and spouse stopped by and brought a couple 18" Pizzas. These were from a local pizzeria,,, It coincided with a Birthday,,, so DW made a cake. (get 2 birds with one stone)
She was working on short notice, so her baking simulated that of the British Baking Contest. A show that we watch on PBS. (short limited time to finish the baked creation)
This was like a Mini Fiesta, totally unexpected surprise.
This is what she created... in about 90 minutes total.

Just these family gathering, even if only some members can make attendance...

Haven't had pan fried Bream in years. I miss camping with the kiddos. Nothing like catfish in butter and garlic right after you catch it.

Just came from town. Been raining almost all day, still pouring and accidents all over the place. But people are still driving like lunatics, even though there are crashes on every other corner.
